Daisy support
Daisy has a thriving online community, with a well-monitored mailing list for general installation, development and usage support questions. Obviously, we operate these resources on a goodwill basis, meaning commercial work always receives a priority treatment. Should you wish to secure an assured level of support from us, we offer two support contracts.
Developer and business support

- priority bugfixes and interim builds
Dedicated prioritized support email address, phone support during business hours, up to 12 hours per month. Monthly support hours cannot be transfered nor accumulated.
Note: developer support can be used as second-level support for your customers. The maximum allowed number of distinct customers that can be serviced through the normal developer support contract is limited to three. Larger support contracts can be negotiated separately.
Monthly cost: 795 EUR. One year pre-paid: 8795 EUR.
Support + workshop

Furthermore, Developer support + sets you right on track with an included 2-day introductory Daisy Workshop. Get support and get trained with a single subscription.
Monthly cost: 925 EUR. One year pre-paid: 10.595 EUR. Yearly renewals get a yearly free one-day in-house refresher course presenting you with the latest and greatest on Daisy.

Basic support

Dedicated support email address, one- to two-day turnaround time, up to three support hours per month. Yearly cost: 1950 EUR. Note: basic support is not available for integrators or consultants, who are installing and configuring Daisy on behalf of their customers.
